  • Course Duration (for students)
  • Present Year of Course (for students)
  • Years of Experience (for educators)
  • Contact Number
  • Date of Birth

Additional Verification Documents
In some cases, additional documents may be requested to verify the student’s eligibility for educational licenses. These documents help us ensure that only enrolled students and affiliated faculty members are granted access to the academic software. The following documents may be requested for further verification:

  1. Student ID – A valid and current student identification card.
  2. Student Transcript – An official or provisional transcript showing the student’s current enrollment.
  3. Letter of Certification – A letter from the school or university certifying the student’s enrollment status.

These additional documents, if requested, are intended solely for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the educational license terms.

These data are being collected to ensure that educational licenses are limited to enrolled students, affiliated faculty members, and used solely for educational purposes.

The personal information provided will be used solely for the following purposes:

  1. User Account Creation: Registering students and faculty members for Autodesk educational licenses.
  2. Account Verification: Ensuring proper identification and validation of users as students or faculty members of accredited educational institutions.
  3. License Activation: Facilitating access to Autodesk software for educational purposes.
  4. Training Programs: Supporting educational training initiatives under the Xstructures Academic Program.

We understand that your date of birth is private information, and we assure you that it is being collected for valid and specific reasons:

  1. Eligibility Verification: Autodesk requires us to confirm that users are eligible for educational licenses. Your date of birth helps ensure that the licenses are being allocated to current students or faculty members who meet the criteria for educational use.
